Privacy Policy

SuiteStream is operated by WeGotCode LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), Canton, GA 30188. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use SuiteStream at suite-stream.com and its related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account and Contact Information

When you register or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company information. This is used to create and manage your account, respond to inquiries, and deliver the Service.

Billing Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's collection and use of payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Connection and Configuration Data

To perform replication, you provide NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect credentials and SQL Server connection details. These credentials are stored exclusively in Azure Key Vault and are referenced by identifier within the application—they are never stored in our application database or displayed in full in the portal. SuiteStream staff do not access your credentials unless you explicitly request support assistance.

Replicated Data

SuiteStream copies data from your NetSuite environment to your designated SQL Server destination. Your replicated NetSuite data is written to your infrastructure, not ours. We do not read, store, or retain your replicated business data beyond what is required to operate the replication service on your behalf.

Usage and Log Data

We collect operational data including replication run logs (table name, row count, timestamps, error messages), user session activity, and error events. This data is used to monitor service health, diagnose issues, and provide support. Log data is retained for up to 90 days.

Site Visit Data

We record IP addresses, approximate geolocation, and browser information for security auditing purposes (e.g., detecting unauthorized access attempts). We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics about how visitors interact with our marketing pages. Google Analytics data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision, operate, and maintain the SuiteStream replication service
  • To process subscription billing and manage your account
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription alerts, replication summaries, error notifications) via Mailgun
  • To respond to support requests and contact form submissions
  • To detect and investigate security incidents
  • To improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifiable analytics

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Third-Party Services

We engage the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Mailgun — transactional email delivery
  • Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and Key Vault secret storage
  • Google Analytics — anonymized marketing page analytics

Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days following cancellation, after which it is deleted. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard controls to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), Azure Key Vault for credential storage, tenant isolation (each customer's replicated data is in a dedicated database), and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@suite-stream.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication and application function. Google Analytics uses its own cookies for analytics; you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
